• You will be asked to complete a confidential health survey, which will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner to determine eligibility.
• If you are purchasing an item for a subscription, you may need a letter of medical necessity (LMN)—Truemed will walk you through these steps. Once approved, you can complete your purchase.
• Pay with your HSA/FSA card, or with a regular debit or credit card. If you pay with a debit or credit card, Truemed will show you how to get reimbursed.
