So much better than crushing tablets

I cant swallow the tablets whole. They are too big. I was cutting and crushing the T tablets to mix in juice and swallow. This liquid option is wonderful. I just add it to my orange juice and drink. Very easy, and when I went on a 7 day cruise, it was so easy to take by dropping in my juice or water whenever.

I was excited to try the Triphala liquid extract but found that it didn’t offer the same results as the powder. I will be switching back to the powder, which is excellent.

I have been taking this liquid tonic for about 3 weeks and am seeing vast improvements in my digestive health. The first week I did have an over abundance of gas but I'm also taking Ashwaghanda tonic with this so who knows if that is related. My bowel movements have been increased from 1 to 2 times a day and are...well...perfect I guess, without giving TMI!! I do this first thing in the morning as I'm working with trying to create a routine right now. 30 drops and 30 of the Ashwaganda in a small cup with warm water. I take it as a "shot" then chase with more warm water to get the flavor out of my mouth. I hate taking pills, I always gag, so this has been a great alternative for me. The flavor isn't the best but it doesn't bother me at all, knowing the benefits are so high!

i typically use the triphala tablets but thought i would try this. for me this works much better. it did take a few days to find the correct dose but once i found the correct dose it works great. i use every night after my dinner. highly recommend. banyan botanicals makes incredible products.

I purchased Triphala when I was going to be traveling to Indonesia. I used it at night to avoid being irregular on my trip. It worked great, so I continued using it when I got home.
