First, I can give 5 stars to each and every one of your products. I'm gradually trying out the best for my particular constitution. With regard to the liver formula, consider that recently some common herbal supplements have been found to possibly cause liver damage: turmeric, green tea, ahswaganda, Garcinia, black cohosh, and red yeast rice. The study exciting everyone on the Internet shows very low probabilities of 1% or less. I call that click bait.

I'm unfamiliar with Garcinia and red yeast rice, but use turmeric regularly as a cooking spice and ashwaganda as an adaptogen. I consider black cohosh only for temporary use.

Your formula includes none of these ingredients. I've tried a course (45 days, 2 tablets per day) and my liver function is (and was) within normal values.

Admittedly, I'm still finding my way to an optimal program of supplements. For instance, replacing Healthy Vata with Stress Ease, which has most of the same ingredients.
