You Must-a Try The Musta LOL

So I was asked (From Email) to review The “Musta”. Yup.. Been Drinking it as Recommended.. Results Are Great.. Was Definitely An Experience To “Taste”

A Nutgrass...?? I think it tastes a bit like what I’d imagine drinking liquified Soot from a Fireplace.. LOL.. Nevertheless.. I continue Drinking it because I know it’s healing my Dosha Constitution Imbalance..

Hello Bayan people!

im with amenorreha since July and my cycle is very irregular thats why i bought Musta and Shatavari. And because im felling kind of tired.

And then I've choosen ashwagandha because of my ansiouxness its often difficult for me to go and rest.

could you suggest me how to use them, each one at what time if there is any? thank you very much

im vatta pitta type, i have a profile already =)

Ashwagandha (and Shatavari) can be taken in warm water or milk, before bed. This herb can also be taken in the morning, as it is an adaptogen and will go to work where your body needs it most. Musta and Shatavari can be taken at anytime, depending on what is most convenient for you.

When to take your herbs depends on which formula you are taking and what your intention is. If you are taking herbal

tablets to support sound sleep, take them before bed. For detoxification it is often most effective to take herbs on an empty stomach either before bed or upon awakening. For support and rejuvenation, most anytime of day will do. It is okay to experiment to see what works best for you. If you have a sensitive stomach you may find it more comfortable to take your herbs with food or after meals. In general, it is far more important to pick a time that is convenient for you than to be overly concerned about precisely when to take them. And if you happen to miss your optimal time, in most cases, it is still useful to take them when you can.

Suggested use for powder form:

¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Please consult with your health care practitioner prior to the use of this product if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

Can Musta powder be found in a capsule form and would it be just as effective ? It is quite hard to drink in a tea due to the taste.

Rachel Euell

We don't carry Musta powder in tablet form. You can, however, take it with a little bit of honey or ghee to ease the taste!
