So Supportive!

This is an amazing formula that is gentle enough that I only notice when I stop taking my herbs. It is cooling to my body and helps with those Pitta emotions that come up before my cycle. Love it!

Healthy menstrual cycle!

These tablets have helped my hormone health a lot! I feel a lot calmer and that my cycle is less daunting.

More joyful, calm, mood & energy

As someone who deals with a lot of stress and occasional fatigue, taking these supplements the past six months has helped me tremendously. I feel like a have more balanced emotions and energy throughout the month (not that it takes away the lows completely - they are just more gradual and spread out, which makes it easier to process and manage). I have also noticed an increase in libido! I would recommend someone try for at least a couple of months, as it seemed to take a while to build up, and I did notice when I stopped for a time, so now I make sure to stay stocked up.

Monthly Necessity

I start taking these a week before my period begins and continue it through the duration of my period, 2x daily (1am,1pm). Allows for a more balanced mental, physical, emotional state during my period. I have also found that the dosage at night helps with better sleep as well, although i do not find that it makes me drowsy, just more calm and peaceful.

Amazing formula

This formula is great. I take it for one week prior to my menstrual cycle and it helps a lot with all the usual things. I noticed that I am sleeping better during that time, my mood improved, I'm not so hot and irritable, and I'm able to withstand the summer heat in the southwest a lot better.

Hot flash help!

This was helping to regulate my cycle during perimenopause. Made the mistake of taking a break from them and hot flashes - like twenty a day- started. Went back on these, and I get much milder version (more like warm flashes) that are short and less than once a day most of the time.

I started taking this supplement last month due to early ovulation (day 9, 10) that had been occurring for about 6 months, and this cycle ovulated on day 14. So that's encouraging. Plus, in general, I feel much better, fewer mood issues, better sex drive, etc. It's not a dramatic change, but a feeling of well-being, but that's super. Again, I haven't been taking it for long, and this isn't a controlled study or anything, but so far so good, it seems.

I purchased these because I've been in perimenopause for a few years, with decreased libido, decreased energy and just not feeling myself. Within 2 days I noticed a marked increase in my energy levels - I felt good - balanced - but not jittery. And, my libido returned. I discontinued after 2 weeks due to a slight bit of weight gain. I am taking other herbs that I would like to finish first, which I believe interacted with the Women's Support adversely. Once finished, I will resume Women's Support.
