Not for kapha type people

When I started I felt very energetic With calm mind, aphrodisiac but later I start feeling sleepy and I slept a lot ... it took me at least 3-4 days to get out of lazy mode after stopping medicine and then I tried again I didn’t feel aphrodisiac but sleepy, slow, not active at all. It does calm my mind but I didn’t get the the aphrodisiac feeling. Neither I felt like to work or being active. Just lazy and sluggish

Insane to sane

I use this product and other powders because I am perimenopausal. I forgot to reorder this tablet and the last 3 weeks have been unbearable. This tablet is great because it does help with hot flashes, some weight gain, forgetfulness etc. I consulted an ayurvedic health practitioner in my area and she recommended to buy everything from Banyan. This company has the most product information and competitive pricing that a consumer needs.

Menopause

With the help of Shatavari I went through menopause in just one year. I began taking it faithfully every day and within two weeks my symptoms hot flashes, irritability, dryness all disappeared. I took it for a few months, stopped to see if symptoms returned and when they did began again. I did this until finally the symptoms did not return. I then followed up with my nurse practitioner who ran the tests to confirm that I was on the other side. Menopause was over! I am so thankful for this herb that helped me through and my husband was thankful that he could have heat in the house!

Another great product from Banyan

It is hard to tell if an Ayurvedic product is working in a few weeks after purchase, but the Shatavari apparently seems to be living to expectations. A combination of Ashwagandha and Shatavari works as a great nourishing, tonic (tablet in this case). If you are in the lookout for a good Shatavari tablet or powder, this is the place.
