How To Use

Take ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

I've always enjoyed the Banyan products. You can feel the quality. My only complaint is that I'd like a smaller size bag, perhaps a 4 ounce option, since it's really a challenge to use a 1/2 pound in my tiny house. I don't really want to buy the spice jar, so something between that and the 1/2 pound bag would be nice.

Bhringaraj herb powder

Oh my I can’t hardly digest this product it is so disgustingly bad in taste so it must be really healthy as described I have tried taking it several times to do good but it’s really hard . I just wish there were something I could add for it to be easier to take.

It works

I've been taking this powder for a few years and at first, I wasn't sure if it was working. But now, I can see concrete results: my hair is definitely fuller and I used to have to clean the roller of my Dyson after every use because there was just so much hair tangled in it. Now, I wait about a week or more to clean the roller, that's a huge difference! Also, I'm not an ayurvedic specialist, but I attribute my easy perimenopause (knock on wood) to this herb as well. I'm 50 and have noticed many changes in my cycle over the past few years. Now, I haven't had one for almost 6 months, but am symptom free. No hot flashes, mood swings, my energy is good etc (Well, I do other stuff, but I think this herb has helped!)

Can I mix the powder with cinnamon, cloves, and honey in warm water, or do I have to drink it with only warm water and nothing else?

It is fine to take our Bhringaraj and Ashwagandha in the morning. We suggest taking the powders in warm water and best as part of your morning routine (before coffee).

As maca is not an Ayurvedic herb, we are not familiar with it's effects and compatibility with the other herbs.

The Bringaraja oil is in the hair oil product and it states it may darken your natural hair color which I would not desire, so my question is since this is good for the hair would taking it internally still darken your natural hair color vs. putting the oil on your head?
