Ive been taking 1/2 tsp twice a day mixed into yogurt. Was hoping the hot flashes would get better, but this is 3rd week and ive seen no change.

Shatavari is fabulous, it has helped me with my menopausal transition, I take Shatavari every day in my smoothies.

SInce I don't belive on 5 stars reviews, due to lots of fraud online. I want to do an honest one. The company is a very trustfull one. I am ordering for over a year. I am using shatavari for many years, but buying caps is a lot expensive, the powder form is the best for the price, I can make my own capsules or add it to my food, it has a pleasant taste. This herb is a must on my daily suplements, it does not cure or treat anything, but I don't have to deal with menopause symptoms anymore, I feel like a teen again.
Banyan always gets it right. Have never failed to be completely satisfied.
