i didn't know had alcohol in it which not suppose to do with Lupus so not using-guess i need capsules instead but can't swallow big pills!

I love this right before bed. Menopause has reeked havoc on my sleep and 30 drops of this in a cup of water right before bed helps me relax and fall asleep more easily. I have also found myself waking less during the night. Great product (the extract works much better for me than the capsules).

I began feeling very positive effects within days of using this. I noticed how peaceful, calm and happy I was feeling. I tend to feel like this most of the time anyway but I noticed my sense of overall wellbeing was significantly heightened. It was like everything seemed just fine and nothing that previously bothered me was bothering me any longer. Definitely soothed any stress I previously felt in life. I put a few drops in my water every time I fill it up throughout the day. The taste is barely noticeable. It also seems to help me sleep a little better as well.
These products contain Grain Alcohol which is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians who do not take alcohol.

I recently learned about the benefits of Ashwaganda and was pleasantly surprised as to how quickly I began to see the benefits. I’m more relaxed and overall feel a sense of calm clarity. I will continue to purchase.
I should have read the description more closely! Even after evaporating the alcohol I could taste the alcohol. Not my preference.
Fortunately, we offer many of our liquid extracts in tablet, powder, or both, too.
I love this product. I was introduced by a friend in Sep 2017. When I finished the bottle, I decided to buy from Banyan. I feel a sense of natural well being. I absolutely love this product. I use it every day for an added boost to my energy level and focus. I use it after my yoga in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon.
Take a few drops of this with little water before yoga and meditation and the effect will be much more powerfull .I just love Ashwagandha .

I was skeptical about using the liquid form as I have only used powders and pills for tonic herbs. Banyan is changing the game with these great liquid extracts. They work beautifully, are easy to travel with and easy to take. Client compliance is much improved over the powders. Highly recommend.

I have recommended Ashwaganda to my clients for years - this liquid extract is quite simply the best.
