How To Use

Take 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Kapha Digest is the classic Ayurvedic digestive formula to increase digestion. Taken in the context of a kapha reducing diet and over all lifestyle program, this is effective product and one I benefited from for over 20 years.

Unsurpassed selection of herbs

BB has a diverse selection of valuable and indispensable herbs available at an economical price. Delivery was quicker than expected and I selected the cheapest available. My order Trim Support (TS) & Triphala (6th order for this product) work like a charm to evoke a response from my sluggish Kapha/Vata system. First night on TS experienced slight headache, after that I adjusted the dosage and dosing time and all was well. Great products for gentle healing. Thank you.

No Changes Noticed to Date

Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any changes in my digestion since I started taking Kapha Digest. I have been taking Kapha Digest for approximately four weeks. I continue to feel boated and it seems that my Kapha remains out of balance.

No more Grumpy Husband

Whenever the weather changes to colder temperatures, my husband’s mood gets really grumpy and he just wants to lie around the couch eating fruit. After some research, I was able to determine his body type is Kapha and I ordered this product for him. Never received my product

I had problems with my online order because the ordering system wasn't working correctly. It turned out that my order went through 3 or 4 different times, so I called customer service to cancel the additional orders. The rep ended up cancelling everything so I never received my order and have not tried to re-order because of the issues I had the first time.

Even though I'm tridoshic, I've had much trouble with slow and improper digestion along with weight gain once I reached about 40. I've tried many other products, including digestive enzymes and HCl with seemingly little success. Kapha Digest, on the other hand, has been tremendously helpful. I take it with meals (2 tablets for lunch which is my biggest meal). No more bloating or discomfort. Thank you for a great product!

Part of my daily routine!

I've been using Kapha Digest tablets for years and appreciate them a lot! I've found them to be quite helpful as a general supplement for my Kapha dosha. Weight control has been a minor yet still significant challenge for me over the years. Combined with diet and exercise, Kapha Digest helps me work with that challenge. I usually alternate with Healthy Kapha tablets: use one bottle and when complete switch to the other.
