FEATURING GUGGULU RESIN
Guggulu is prized in Ayurveda for its deeply penetrating action and unique ability to scrape away naturally accumulating toxins from the body channels. Its powerful detoxifying and rejuvenating qualities can enhance the benefits of other herbs when used in combination, and as such it is the basis for several traditional Ayurvedic formulas, including Yogaraj Guggulu.*

I have been taking this supplement for about 3 months now and I noticed that I don't feel stiff when I wake up anymore. I love it!
I added this one to my other Banyan supplements and to be honest I don't know if it is just this one working or the combination of also using the Healthy joints tablets, but I noticed that I am no longer stiff when I wake up in the morning :-)
This formula really seems to be helping as my knees and thumb do not ache after working out since I have been taking this - I am thrilled!

Can I take Ashwagandha and yogarajaguggulu at same time?
Yes, in general, these herbs may be taken together. If an Ayurvedic practitioner has recommended these herbs, we suggest consulting with them on the best way to take the formulas.
Can this be taken with shatavari?
Yes, you can take Shatavari with Yogaraj Guggulu. There are no know contradictions.
How many tablets equal one teaspoon of the powder? Thank you!
Thank you for your question! There are approximately 6.2 tablets equal to 1 teaspoon of our Yogaraj Guggulu powder. Milligrams are a measure of weight and teaspoons are a measure of volume. These two different measurements do not lend themselves to easy equivalents. Since herbs vary significantly in density they also vary significantly in weight per a given volume. If you want to know the weight of a specific volume of an herb, our suggestion is to weigh the herb using a gram scale. However, most of our customers find this to be unnecessary. If you wish to take a bulk herb by volume our standard suggested use for herbal powders is ¼ to ½ teaspoon once or twice daily or as directed by your health practitioner. This is generally equivalent to our standard suggested use for herbal tablets which is 1 to 2 tablets once or twice daily.
