This is an amazing formula that is gentle enough that I only notice when I stop taking my herbs. It is cooling to my body and helps with those Pitta emotions that come up before my cycle. Love it!

These tablets have helped my hormone health a lot! I feel a lot calmer and that my cycle is less daunting.

As someone who deals with a lot of stress and occasional fatigue, taking these supplements the past six months has helped me tremendously. I feel like a have more balanced emotions and energy throughout the month (not that it takes away the lows completely - they are just more gradual and spread out, which makes it easier to process and manage). I have also noticed an increase in libido! I would recommend someone try for at least a couple of months, as it seemed to take a while to build up, and I did notice when I stopped for a time, so now I make sure to stay stocked up.

I start taking these a week before my period begins and continue it through the duration of my period, 2x daily (1am,1pm). Allows for a more balanced mental, physical, emotional state during my period. I have also found that the dosage at night helps with better sleep as well, although i do not find that it makes me drowsy, just more calm and peaceful.
