How To Use

I depend on these as I get older, as it seems I get more kapha imbalances from diet, heavier foods/ frozen foods/ sugars/ starches and a less robust circulation than when I was younger. Works well

Ordered this blend for health/wellness of kidneys, joints, heart & have been pleased with the results. When I was young I had 2 huge babies & when you age the bladder
can begin to come back at you with leaks/weakness. So I decided to try it. Im sleeping soundly without interruptions getting up going to the bathroom several times.
I go now maybe once each night which is divine as once you get up, its hard to fall back to sleep. This is a very high quality product for the price. I will continue to use it.

Amazing Results

For me this product has worked miracles! I was someone who was getting up constantly at night to urinate. These pills taken daily helped to strengthen my bladder and fortify my entire urinary system. Where I was getting up 3, 4 or 5 times a night, I usually get up only once, if that. I have been using this product for 3 years with great effect. Each time I use a bottle up I take a little break of around a week before I start the product again. I read that little breaks between regular usage is a plus in Ayurveda.

What would be the best combination of supplements. I have the beginning stages of gout. I have high blood pressure and Edima around the ankles. Very difficult to loose weight as well. I don't think I am processing protein well. Even protein drinks from veg causes flare ups. I did the on line test and I am a kappa constitution. I had my gall bladder out a few years ago and think addressing the liver and kidneys and inflammation is the way to go but what should I start with? I've previously purchased the blood cleanse but it also increased the gout symptoms
