SOAK IN A MOMENT OF STILLNESS
Vata dosha is predominantly composed of the elements of air and space and governs all motion in the body: swallowing, breathing, nerve impulses, muscle movements, and so on. Vata benefits greatly from all things slow and steady, especially a self massage with warm oil. The gentle pressure and firmness of massage balances vata and brings stability.

i love your products but my last order arrived with the cap broken. It was a mess and while I was able to salvage a lot of it a cap less bottle was not ideal. Very aggravating in fact.
We are very sorry to hear your oil arrived damaged. We are sending a new bottle and apologize for the inconvenience.
LOVE IT :) Thank you for offering such wonderful and helpful products.
I bought this for the dry winter months and it is great! My skin is very dry and regular sesame oil isn't enough to keep it from flaking. This oil absorbs very well, I use it after the shower in winter to seal in more moisture, and my legs don't flake. Yay!
Very good product, right away you feel the benefits of the good and clean ingredients
My skin just soaks up oil because I tend to be very dry, so I tend to use a lot of oil. I am a vatta-pitta constitution but I find that sometimes this oil really gets me cooking. If I use is before it is too cold out I will wake up in sweats. Even when it is pretty cold I find that with my coat on it starts to feel like an oven. I haven't really found a how to make it work for me without getting me constantly super heated. I have been trying to use it sparingly to see if that balances it out. It's a great oil, I think it has a great earthy smell, but it must aggravate my pitta enough that when I am bundled up I start roasting like a turkey. I don't think that it's a problem with the oil per se, but maybe not the best match for my constitution in the winter.
We recommend assessing which oil to use by taking into account the season and any current imbalances you may be trying to address.
