Bayan's Tulsi powder comes from pure dried Rama Tulsi. We use 3 different Tulsi's in our natural remedies. When our own organic grown Rama is in short supply, we reply on Bayan's purity, intention, and quality to be used in our natural remedies. One of only 2 companies in the USA we are willing to trust and buy supplemental herbs from. Founder of ancientnativeremedies.com

I love tulsi tea and decided to get the powder to put in my morning smoothie and for the times I am on the go,I can just add hot water to it and have a delicious cup of tea. I love it for all its wonderful health perks and just the taste. I want to add I think Banyan is a very credible company and I trust their quality.

The nasya oil soon became a favorite self care treat that encourages me to lie down and rest after a full day. The blend of oils herbs and essential oils is a delight to my senses.
Is this a blend of all 3 Tulsi leaves; Krishna, Vana, Rama?
Banyan uses Rama Tulsi in our single herb and formula offerings.
Hi, can this be used for hair mask?
We have not heard of using this herb for healthy hair. We would suggest products containing the herb bhringaraj, known as "the king of hair." This product can be purchased in powder form and as an herbal oil. Bhringaraj is also the main ingredient in our Healthy Hair tablets and Healthy Hair Oil.
What are the best way to store powders? Recently puchased this tulsi, ashwaghanda, and amla powder. Should I keep in my cold freezer or room temperature, or out of light etc for optimal longevity? Thank you :)
Thank you for your question Christina! Our bulk herbs are best stored in airtight containers and out of direct sunlight to remain in optimal condition. Hope this helps! Will the tulsi powder dissolve in hot/warm water.
I read that you should let it steep for 20 minutes to maximize the benefits. But since it isnt a whole leaf..do i just let the powder sit in the water for 20 minutes? What is the BEST way to prepare the tulsi powder so that i may maximize the benfits of the powder?
Thankyou!!
Good question. It is not necessary to steep our Tulsi powder for 20 minutes. Simply add Tulsi powder to warm water and let sit for a few minutes, then drink as you would a normal tea. You can strain it if that is a more pleasant drinking experience for you, and add honey to taste as well. We hope this helps!
Can I mix this powder in warm milk instead? I would like to add it to milk along with cinnamon and ginger for colder weather.
Great idea! Traditionally, herbs would be mixed with warm water and/or honey for most effective use, but milk can also be used.
