Have you ever thought to cook a cucumber before? I never did! You might be like me and only thought to use them raw—sliced for cucumber water or salads. I was surprised to find that Myra's recipe was so simple and was delighted by the results of my meal. Delicious, moist, and sweet! I epecially loved the combination of spices she suggests: mineral salt, fresh ginger, and dill.
