Triphala has been my go to for some time helping with digestion and elimination. This Triphala is clean and potent and is a miracle worker wit the gut.

I am used to triphala powder, but drinking tea before bed was making me wake up needing to use the bathroom mid way through the night, I have been loving the tablets so I can actually get a good nights sleep while still getting my beloved triphala in the evening.

I am allergic to many foods. This helps in digestion and keep my stomach calm.

It’s hard to find yellow moong dal so I’m happy to be able to get it from Banyan. It makes the best Kitchari!
