Kapha Balancing Bundle

These are some powerful tablets. I could feel them working almost immediately. Really helped to reduce the phlegm and clear my body and head. I actually bought a bottle for my daughter to try as her Kapha was also out of balance. Thank you!

Surprised how well this worked; wish I had known about this long ago! After only a couple weeks I was able to get myself out of bed in the mornings, had the desire to exercise, and had the motivation to do my yoga practices. It was like a snowball effect, but a healthy one. I'm feeling so much better and brighter. Grateful for these powerful herbs and the wisdom of Ayurveda.

I actually just want to as banyan to please replace the Questions tab on each product page. It is so helpful. in this case, I believe this is an amazing product but wasn't what I needed and actually seemed to aggravate my vata excess. The answers at the time revealed I had a kapha imbalance but these just make the vata increase exponentially. I usually find someone with a similar constitution in the Questions area and it helps (along with my AP) in determining my needs. So these didn't work well for me at this time but I never doubt the integrity and purity of Banyan. Thank you!

I haven’t had a chance to use the Kapha Massage Oil but have used the sunflower and sesame Brahmi and was pleased with them. Unfortunately the Chavanprash wasn’t sealed when I received it. I noticed it was sticky around the outside and when I went to remove the plastic seal I discovered that the lid didn’t seal properly. What should I do if this happens in the future? It was pretty disappointing to receive a product that I couldn’t use because I didn’t know if it would be safe or not. Thank you. Jodi Griffith

Amazing Kapha feels and smells great!

While not 100% sure I'm massaging myself correctly, there is no question that this wonderful massage oil leaves me feeling relaxed and my skin deliciously soft and well moisturized (and remains that way even after showering and hours later). I would highly recommend this oil to anyone contemplating purchasing!

I like the kapha oil in the winter. Feels so nice on cold winter days. I like to use it right out of the shower.

I bought the Kapha massage oil as part of my self-care routine. I love it :) The fragrance is mild and pleasant and it's warm, which I like a lot because I'm *always* cold. It's a lovely way to begin or end my day, depending on how I'm feeling.

This product has really helped my winter Kapha "sluggishness"!
It has the perfect balance of natural ingredients that aren't too harsh but yet effective to increase my energy, stay focused and maintain my sensitive digestive system.

I could tell something was amiss because I was sluggish, and feeling very "heavy", and tired, even after a good night's sleep. I tried increasing my vitamin D, and increasing my usage of my light box (which usually helps) - nothing. So I took the online quiz which showed my Kapha was way too high. After talking the Healthy Kapha, I noticed a difference right away! Along with adjusting my diet, my dosha is starting to get back to balance. If you are using these supplements, be patient. In my case, I found relief rather quickly, but then it tapered off, so I had to tweak my diet in order to bolster the effects. Balance is the key!

I love this oil. I got it because of the Rosemary although it turned out the sesame oil overpowers the scent. It took me a couple of uses to get over it but the smooth skin makes up for the scent! Great on my skin and hair.

I use the Kapha Massage Oil after 25 minutes in the Hammam…It absorbs nicely without feeling greasy…I use the heat of the Hammam to warm the oil before applying.

I've met an ayurvedic nutritionist who evaluated me and determined I have extreme excess of kapha and with spring weather in New England I should take this. Once starting this, I noticed some major changes quickly. Wish this site let me be more specific as I'm really encouraged about the relief this provides to me. I will say kapha involves excess water and this addresses that well. Of course there are many daily habits to enjoy to support your healthy dosha and I'm really enjoying incorporating them into my routine and seeing results already. Thanks Banyan for this product. I don't quite know if it is these products or any of the other many things that I am taking in this massive lifestyle change that is taking place for me but I've been feeling pretty amazing lately!

I love how smooth and nourishing this oil is! Smells great, soothing and warming. Great for use in the morning to moisturize and do self-massage before rinsing off in the shower.
