
Date Shake
-- Vata, -- Pitta, + Kapha
Ingredients:
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1 ½ cups cow, soy, goat, or almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Serve immediately (or the coconut will begin to settle out).
