Delectable Date Shake Recipe

-- Vata, -- Pitta, + Kapha


  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 1 ½ cups cow, soy, goat, or almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut


Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. If desired, feel free to add other spices such as cinnamon or ginger. Serve immediately and enjoy!
