How To Use

Amazing product!! I'd like to combine this with my triphala tablet at night, which I soak in boiling water for 10 minutes before drinking. Is it okay to make a tea out of these two tablets together?

How long is recommended to take these tablets for? Do you take morning dosage before breakfast?

For herbs that are being taken with the primary intention of detoxifying and cleansing, we recommend taking these types of herbal tablets on an empty stomach, at least twenty minutes before meals and easing into taking them up to three times per day throughout the duration of your cleanse. Because we are not practitioners, we recommend working with one since they will have the best insight on what herbs are best for you with your specific needs, especially during times of cleansing.

I have been very pleased with these tablets. They have been very effective in keeping me regular. Is it safe to take Total Body Cleanse tablets daily?

While it should be fine to take the Total Body Cleanse daily, it's always a good idea to take periodic breaks from herbs, especially formulas that have a more detoxifying effect. The goal is to balance your constitution with diet and lifestyle shifts, while using herbs to support the process along the way. That said, many herbs can be taken on an ongoing basis as long as they feel supportive to your constitution! We recommend working with an Ayurvedic practitioner for the most individualized advise in regards to your specific situation and needs.
