Vasaka powder

Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica) is excellent for supporting proper function of the lungs. A bitter, astringent and cooling herb, it eliminates excess pitta and kapha from the respiratory tract. Vasaka promotes healthy bronchodilation and supports clear, comfortable breathing.*

Ayurvedic Energetics:

• Rasa (taste): bitter, astringent
• Virya (action): cooling
• Vipaka (post-digestive effect): pungent
• Doshas (constitutions): Balancing for pitta and kapha, may increase vata

Suggested Use:
¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
