How To Use
How To Use
Combine 1½ tablespoon Joyful Heart with 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and serve.
The longer you brew Joyful Heart, the more the flavor changes.
- To enjoy a subtler flavor that highlights the tulsi, spearmint, and rose, brew for 5–7 minutes.
- For a stronger brew that unlocks the flavors of the cumin, coriander, and fennel, steep for 10+ minutes.
- To enjoy as a sun tea, add 3 tablespoons of tea to 6 cups of room temperature water in a sealed clear jar, place in the sun for 2–6 hours, strain, and serve.
