So pleased with this product. I use 1/4-1/2 tsp every day in smoothies or drink as tea.
I am very pleased with the Hibiscus powder. I mix it in with my veggie drink. Easy to do and healthy....
Thank you Banyan Botanicals for this wonderful and authentic product.
Like no other Hibiscus product.
I made hibiscus kombucha, and it’s very bright and refreshing. Nice that it doesn’t have caffeine so I can drink it later in the day versus regular kombucha. I have a whole jar of kombucha brewing with this hibiscus tea, the Scoby is pink! I have second fermented with a complementary flavor like rose or strawberry or matcha (hibiscus is naturally slightly tart so I pair it with some thing that’s not tart). I love your joyful tea, so I’m gonna do a second ferment of the hibiscus kombucha using Tulsi.
What a delicious way to enjoy our Hibiscus powder! We absolutely love to hear about the creative ways you have incorporated Hibiscus powder and Joyful Heart Tea in you to your life. Thank you for your wonderful review and we hope you enjoy your kombucha, Annette!

I know it takes a while to see results from this type of regimen. I'm using the hibiscus powder in combination with 3 other powders along with the healthy hair oil and healthy hair supplement. Will update after a 2-3 months or if I experience results sooner.
Love this powder but my husband discovered the benefits of Hibiscus from a co-worker and literally took over my bag making tea for himself. So, next time I’ll have to buy him his own bag.
Very fast service and an excellent product. Thank you.
I love hibiscus for its refreshing and cooling effects. I usually have to brew a tea and then cool it but with the powder it's easy to drink it more often and in new recipes. Thanks!

We ordered the hibiscus powder as an addition to our summer beverages, and are very happy. We have a baker in the family who is planning on how to incorporate into cookies, cakes and such; that will be fun. The powder is finely milled, and a little goes a long way. This is definitely a repeat order item!
Oooh we love this idea of baking with hibiscus powder—yum!
LOVE this for soothing Pitta! I use 1/2 tsp in a cup of water with a few fresh mint leaves from the garden. Perfection.
is it helpfull in stone in kideny
Hibiscus powder promotes the proper function of the kidneys. Although we cannot speak directly to a medical condition, we can say that both Punarnavadi Guggulu and Gokshuradi Guggulu are known to be very supportive for the kidneys, as well.
Is this product is beneficial for Gallbladder Stone??? Pls revert soon.....
Hibiscus has an affinity with the Kidney and can be an aid to proper functioning of filters. It has a cooling effect and is balancing for pitta and kapha, may increase vata in excess.
How many Mg in a half tsp?
Thank you for your question, Mike! There are 1850mg in one half teaspoon of Hibiscus powder.
Does putting the extract in my coffee affect the benefits
Thank you for this great question, Willy! Adding your herbs to a warm liquid like water or milk helps your body assimilate them more completely.  You can add honey or ghee to your drink to carry the herbs deeper into your tissues. We do not have any studies that show what the effects would be with the addition of caffeine. For more information about carrier substances, please check out this article! https://www.banyanbotanicals.com/info/ayurvedic-living/living-ayurveda/taking-your-herbs/ayurvedas-carrier-substances/
Can this hibiscus powder dissolve in something other than water? Like an oil?
Typically, herbal powders are taken in warm water, honey, or ghee. We have heard of some people using sesame or coconut oil. For more information about carrier substances, we recommend reading this guide: https://www.banyanbotanicals.com/info/ayurvedic-living/living-ayurveda/taking-your-herbs/ayurvedas-carrier-substances/
