How To Use

For daily maintenance, take 1–2 tablets, once or twice daily. For acute support, take 3 tablets, twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Cane Sugar

I would prefer not to have cane sugar in my products especially not the second ingredients. I believe there are better alternatives. sorry but i am out.

However, please know that organic cane sugar is a traditional ingredient found in many Ayurvedic formulas, and is not unique to this tablet. Cane sugar has been known to be soothing to pitta and vata doshas, and it is used as an anupan, or carrier ingredient to deliver the other herbs deeper into the tissues.

I'm trying this out

I got sick twice past winter, really bad, needing time off work. I thought getting old!! But did not like to be ill. Started taking this immune support for last month or so, and wanting to see how it helps my immunity. Too early to say, but I shall keep you posted. So far no side effects from taking it so it's a plus.
