Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 pinches ground nutmeg
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
  • 2 pinches ground cardamom
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black tea (or dandelion root or lemon grass)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice

Directions:

Boil the water with the spices for 2 minutes. Add the tea and simmer for two minutes. Add the milk and heat until hot but not boiling. Add sweetener and enjoy.
