Ingredients:

  • 4 organic apples
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg or cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon organic lemon peel or 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
