Adults and children age 2+ take 1 teaspoon as needed.

Best Way To Get Turmeric

Turmeric has a very strong flavor. The honey helps tone down the bitter taste. This is good to mix with herbs. Sometimes I even give it to my dogs.

Versatile and healthy

I add a couple spoonfuls of the turmeric honey in my instant pot for a chicken soup, great flavor and can do just about anything with it. Best of all it is beneficial to the health.

Hey Caroline, thanks for your question! We do slightly warm the honey while incorporating the herbs, but the heat never exceeds 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This maintains this structure and properties of raw honey while ensuring a uniform mixture.
