Customers report this powder helps with blood sugar management and reducing cravings, with one noting "it keeps my blood sugar normal." However, the taste and consumption method are challenging - some find it difficult to take with water as "it's not soluble and feels like ingesting flour." Many prefer it in capsules or tea bags for easier use.
- It keeps my blood sugar normal. 1/2 a teaspoon to a cup of tea once a day. It works!!
- I have very intense chocolate cravings at night. After taking a bit on my tongue it was helpful.

Not sure yet; i can’t just take it with warm water, it’s not soluble and feels like ingesting a spoonful of flour in your mouth. I’ve had to buy my own empty capsules and fill them myself which is laborious.

It would be much better if this powder were put into pills, or tea bags. This stuff taste so bad it is hard to consume even putting it in food.
I have had it in tea bags before, prefer pills for ease of use.
I have used this since 2009. I use it in hibiscus tea with a little honey to soften the taste. It keeps my blood sugar normal. 1 bag can last up to a year. 1/2 a teaspoon to a cup of tea once a day. It works!!
I have very intense chocolate cravings at night that ruin all my days hard work. I have had this sitting on my desk for weeks when I finally decided to try it this evening. I was eating my ritualistic snickers then glanced over and saw the bottle on my desk and gave it a try with a final 2 bites to go. After taking a bit on my tongue I could only taste the peanut flavor of the candy it was super weird! I am very pleased this is helpful for me and I am very sorry if you can not make it work.

What percentage of gymnemic acid does the Shardunika powder contain.
Thank you for your inquiry. Because of so many natural variables we cannot report a specific amount or percentage of gymnemic acid in our Shardunika powder. We use the whole plant powder and as such, the percentage of any active compounds of the plant will naturally vary with the season and growing conditions. For a general reference point, I can share with you that there is a set of data online, not done by our company, that shows gymnemic acid levels in Shardunika at between .96% and 1.58%.
