How To Use

Pour 8 ounces hot water over 1 medallion.
Steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain.
As you sip, take the time to tune into your body as you observe the color and aroma of your tea.

Medallions can be re-steeped for multiple brews.

Love love love my Ritual Tulsi tea gift box! Gifted to me by a dear friend, it was just what i needed when i found the box at my front door! It's so much fun to try each of the 4 types of tulsi tea's, they are all so different in aroma and taste, all from different types of tulsi plants. absolutely love this product. The gift box is beautifully packaged too. I enjoy opening each jar to smell the aroma and choose what i need right at that moment! And i love that the tea is in compressed medallions, that blossom into loose leaf tea! And after i strain the leaves out, and drink my tea, i will save the leaves to use in a smoothie or soup or chili or oatmeal, or freeze it in an icecube tray, to boost my green vegetable nutrient and fiber intake (i do the same for matcha).
