How To Use
How To Use
Combine 1½ teaspoons Mellow Mind with 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and serve.
The longer you brew Mellow Mind, the more the flavor changes.
- To enjoy a subtler flavor that highlights the floral notes of lavender and chamomile, steep for 5–7 minutes.
- For a stronger brew that unlocks the flavors of the cardamom, cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds, steep for 10+ minutes.
- Mellow Mind can also be enjoyed as a sun tea during the summer months. Add 3 tablespoons of tea to 6 cups of room temperature water in a sealed clear jar, place in the sun for 2–6 hours, strain, and serve.
