My favorite kitchari spice blend!! But I agree with another reviewer that the sodium is too high. Sometimes I’m in the mood for a little extra flavor but adding more means increasing the sodium as well. I understand salt is part of the balance but, as a user for about nine years now, I’m casting my vote for a sodium-free version so that customers can add that according to their own palette or dietary restrictions.

Very interesting all-purpose seasoning! Adds that little extra to almost everything, vegetables, soups, meats, and other. I keep it right by the stove.
