Heirloom Vegetable Seed Bundle

• 8–10 weeks before last frost: start eggplant, cayenne, and tomato seeds indoors
• 4–6 weeks before last frost: start basil seeds indoors
• After last frost: direct sow cucumber, zucchini, and green bean seeds
• Any time in the spring or fall: direct sow cilantro and lettuce seeds

Growing Tips:

• Deep water tomatoes, but avoid overhead watering which can increase the risk of fungal diseases and root rot.
• Cucumber needs room to sprawl and prefers a trellis to climb.
• Cayenne and eggplant do well with the support of stakes or cages.
• Lettuce and cilantro can be planted in succession throughout the growing season.
