Alakananda Ma's Rehydration Tea Recipe Ingredients:
4½ cups pure water
2 heaping teaspoons peppermint or fresh mint
1 heaping teaspoon brahmi (gotu kola)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ lime (squeezed juice)
2 teaspoons turbinado sugar
Directions:
Boil water. Remove from heat and add herbs, salt, and lime. Steep 10 minutes, then strain and add the turbinado sugar. Enjoy as a warm tea or as a cool beverage when it's hot outside.
