Stand with your feet hip width apart and use the finger tips to rapidly tap the center of your upper chest, just below where your collar bones meet. Vigorously tap the area for twenty to thirty seconds.

Kapha Focus:

Using a slow, deep inhalation and exhalation, fill the lungs fully as you tap the chest.

Benefits:

Through the vibration of the tapping, the thymus gland is stimulated as well as the lungs, heart, and bronchial tubes, all of which enhances immunity.
