Better than what I grew up with!

I grew up with Vaporub and always struggled with its intensity.
I find Breathe Free Balm to be gentler and therefore much easier to enjoy! If I feel like I'm coming down with something, I follow an old wives' suggestion of slathering my toes with it, slipping on old socks and I definitely feel better the next morning. Maybe that's just what I've decided to believe in and the placebo effect works, but who knows. . you might find it worth a try!

I LOVE this balm. It works without fail when you need it most. I've sent several as gifts to friends and family, and they have been amazed at how well it works. Great for kids too! My favorite way to use it is as a warm steam inhalation: boil some water, remove from heat, add a little balm, and breathe in the goodness (careful not to burn yourself on the pot or with the steam).

How long will this keep and do you keep in the refrigerator to make it last longer? I wouldn't use it that oftern.

The ‘best used by' dates for our balms are listed on the labels. We suggest that our balms are best used within 3 years, from the date of manufacture. It is not necessary to refrigerate the product. We recommend storing our balms in a cool, dry cupboard, out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
