Ingredients:

  • 4½ cups pure water

  • ¼ lime (squeezed juice)
  • 2 teaspoons turbinado sugar

Directions:

Boil water. Remove from heat and add herbs, salt, and lime. Steep 10 minutes, then strain and add the turbinado sugar. Enjoy as a warm tea or as a cool beverage when it's hot outside.
