How To Use

Take ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Great for digestion

I really like adding the Trikatu powder to warm water and drinking anytime - it also helps with digestion and tastes good to me. I also add it in cooking too.

Works like a charm for coughs and colds

I started taking Trikatu for building up the digestive fire. It works well to keep my flatulence at bay. My spouse gets persistent coughs from allergies and it lasts for months, this time I gave him Trikatu 1/2 tsp in warm water trice a day, the cough vanished after 2 days. I also gave it to a friend who had a lingering cough for 6 weeks, he said after having the Trikatu only twice he was able to sleep after 6 weeks.

This trikatu is of high quality. I sometimes take a 1/2 teaspoon mixed in a small amount of water in the morning, or sometimes add it as a seasoning to my food.

The best product I've found for bowel regularity

I don't use the Trikatu powder a lot because I need to get used to the taste. I do take the tablets daily and they've made a huge difference in my digestive system.

I purchased this primarily for use to aid in digestion so I consume in warm water, sometimes with a squeeze of lemon, first thing upon waking and often times again before dinner. I find that it really creates a fire in my belly and activates my digestion. I am considering Bayans Triphala powder once my current triphala runs out, really enjoy their products!

I have noticed an improvement with my digestion since I started taking Trikatu before each meal. Usually after I eat, I can feel the weight of the food in my stomach and it would just sit there. Hours after I eat, sometimes it would feel like my digestion was in slow motion. A month of using Trikatu, and those feelings are hardly there. Thank you for your question. Trikatu powder should last for several years if properly stored. We recommend storing it in air-tight packaging, out of direct sunlight, and at room temperature, or in the refrigerator.
