Sitting in thunderbolt, extend the arms out in front of the body and begin to rotate the wrists clockwise. Move slowly and consciously. Next, connect the backs of the hands to the floor bringing your finger tips towards your knees. Reverse the stretch by bringing the palms of the hands to the ground finger tips pointing towards the knees.

Movement should be slow and conscious.
