Continue to enjoy the movement of Cat-Cow. Begin to engage the shoulders by rolling the shoulders behind you as you arch the spine and rolling the shoulders forward as you round the spine. Come to a neutral spine. Allow the head and neck to move freely as you bring the chin to the chest and roll the left ear towards the left shoulder and then the right ear to the right shoulder.
Smooth and fluid movement in the shoulder girdle.
Releases tension in the shoulders.
