Inhale to press yourself up on to hands and knees. Bring your big toes together and find a little space between the knees. Sit back on your heels and lower the upper body to rest on the front of the thighs. Forehead comes to the ground. Rest your arms along side your body. Breathe into your back body.
Rest and just be in the pose. Let your breath be expansive and flow freely.
Soothes the body and mind, opens the knees and low back and massages the abdominal and pelvic organs.
