What is Autoship?
AutoShip is a convenient way to subscribe and get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule, for a discounted price on every subscription order. With AutoShip, you never have to worry about running out of the items you love, or having to go through the order process every time you want to re-order your favorites.
How do I sign up for AutoShip and start a subscription?
Getting started is easy! When you're on a product page and you're ready to add a product to your cart, you have two options: 1) Deliver one time only, and 2) Subscribe & Save. Simply select Subscribe & Save, and select the frequency you want to receive the product (every 30, 60, or 90 days).
If you want to create a subscription for products already in your shopping cart, you can select the Subscribe & Save option under each product.
Does the 15% AutoShip discount apply to every subscription order?
Yes! The 15% AutoShip discount automatically applies to all subscription items.
How can I make changes to my AutoShip order?
Once you’ve created an AutoShip subscription, it is easy to manage.
- Login to your account.
- Under My Account, go to Manage Subscriptions.
- From this section, you can skip an order, edit products on your subscription, change ordering frequency, or cancel a subscription.
Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Can I add items to my next AutoShip delivery?
Yes! Here's how:
- Login to your account.
- Under My Subscriptions > Manage My Subscriptions, select the subscription you would like to edit (if you have more than one).
- Then click the button "Edit Products." This button is located at the bottom of your current list of subscribed products. This will pull up a list of the products currently on your subscription.
- At the end of your listed products, you will see a button that states "Add product(s) to subscription." Click on this button, then use the search bar to find the product that you would like to add.
- Complete the prompts that follow:
- Select the desired product size (if more than one size is offered).
- Choose quantity. Select whether you want this to be a one-time purchase or if you want to add it to your subscription.
- Then click "Add Product."
You will now see the newly added product listed under your subscription.
How can I skip, pause, or cancel my AutoShip order?
You can make changes up to 24 hours before the scheduled order shipment date.
- After you have signed in to your account, go to Manage Subscriptions.
- After your subscription details, you will see buttons with the options to Skip, Edit Products, Get Now, or More, which includes Edit Frequency or Cancel.
- After selecting what you would like to do, follow the prompts.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
You can change the shipping or billing address associated with a specific subscription order by visiting Subscriptions under My Account. Below your subscriptions, you will see your shipping and billing information.
To update your shipping address, click Edit next to the delivery address.
To update your billing address or payment method, click Edit next to the billing information.
What payment methods are accepted for AutoShip?
Banyan AutoShip subscriptions can be purchased with a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
What are the shipping costs for subscription orders?
Banyan AutoShip orders ship by our standard shipping method, which is calculated by order total. All orders over $60 ship for free to the contiguous United States. For more information on our shipping charges, see our FAQs on Shipping.
When will I be charged for my AutoShip order?
Your debit or credit card will be charged on the day your order ships.
Can I choose an expedited shipping option for my AutoShip order?
No, currently Banyan AutoShip orders ship by our standard shipping method, which is calculated by order total. Expedited options are not available for AutoShip orders.
If you would like to receive your product sooner, you can change the date on your AutoShip deliveries. You can also select the option "Get Now" to have your order sent immediately.
If an item is on sale at the time I start my AutoShip subscription, will I always get that discounted price for future orders?
No. All subsequent subscription orders will revert to the automatic 15% AutoShip subscription discount.
Why can't I add some items to my AutoShip subscription?
While the vast majority of our items are available for subscriptions, certain items, like our tongue cleaners, are not eligible for AutoShip subscriptions.
Will I be notified of backordered items that are scheduled for delivery?
If an item on your subscription is unavailable at the time of your next delivery date, you will be notified via email and any remaining subscription items will ship as usual. Once the item is back in stock it will be added to your following delivery.
