Your health and happiness are important to us! If you're not completely satisfied with a product, we’re happy to accept returns within 90 days of purchase—no questions asked.

Please note: Overstock items are final sale and not eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the Overstock page.

How to Make a Return

If your order is eligible for return, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Open any order-related email and click the "View My Order" link.

  2. On your order status page, click "Request Return" in the upper right corner.

This will automatically notify our Customer Care team and start the return process.

To help us process your return efficiently, please:

  • Write your original order number (from your confirmation email) clearly on the outside of the box

  • Include a copy of the order number on a piece of paper inside the package

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If we provided a return shipping label, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable—but don’t forget, we offer free shipping on orders over $60 every day!
