Misleading & Overpriced

I’ve been ordering Boswellia from many different suppliers over the years and have never been so disappointed. The product and it’s package clearly says “Boswellia Serratta” with no mention of any mixture, until you turn the package over and in tiny print under the “supplement facts” it mentions “other ingredients: rice hull concentrate”. No mention is made of how much rice hull concentrate is in it, but the product looks clearly dirty with something. I don’t know if they are trying to cover up the impurities; possibly a lot of bark in the product, but I find this dishonest in any case. I ordered Boswellia Serratta and that’s what I expected, and that’s what was advertised. That would have been bad all by itself, but the product is way overpriced anyway. A clean, organic pound goes for half this much anywhere else.

Because boswellia is a hard sticky resin, it is difficult to turn into a powdered form—we use natural rice hull concentrate as a flowing agent to keep the resin from conglomerating back into dense, solid chunks. We use the smallest amount of rice hull possible for this purpose and list this ingredient on the product page. That said, we understand your disappointment and greatly value your feedback!
