Standing Spinal Twists

From standing, step your feet apart about the width of your yoga mat. Bend the arms and reach the elbows away from your side body. Allow the body to be loose as you twist the torso to the right and then the left. Slightly bend the legs as you twist and coordinate your breath with the movement. Twist for several breaths.

Moving swiftly with a strong forceful breath.
