1. Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
2. Apply to the hair and scalp in sections to avoid dripping.
3. Massage the scalp in small, circular motions with even pressure.
4. Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, or leave on overnight.
5. Apply shampoo to dry hair first, then shower and rinse well.
6. If a full scalp massage is not possible, use a few drops to tame frizz.
