Combine 1½ teaspoons Detox Digest with 8 ounces hot water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, strain, and serve.

The longer you brew Detox Digest, the more the flavor changes.
- To enjoy a subtler flavor that highlights the ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon, steep for 5–7 minutes.
- For a stronger brew that unlocks the flavors of the cumin, coriander, and fennel, steep for 10+ minutes.
- Detox Digest can also be enjoyed as a sun tea during the summer months. Add 3 tablespoons of tea to 6 cups of room temperature water in a sealed clear jar, place in the sun for 2–6 hours, strain, and serve.
