Mahanarayan Oil

Our Mahanarayan Oil is based on a beloved Ayurvedic recipe that is traditionally used to soothe and rejuvenate the muscles and joints. Rich, warming, and deeply penetrating, this oil is perfect for those with an active lifestyle or elevated vata dosha.

This oil can be used locally to target the joints and muscles, or used as a comforting daily massage oil for the whole body.

1. Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
2. Massage into your whole body with firm, gentle pressure.
3. Work your way from your hands and feet toward your heart. Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.
4. Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse. Careful not to slip!

Consider adding an oil pump to your bottle for a spill-free experience. Pumps are available for 24 fl oz and 128 fl oz bottles.
