Terms and Conditions
Discounts vary from product to product and range from 30–50%. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping applies to orders over $300 in product, within the continental United States. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
*We may require additional documentation at any time to keep your wholesale status active.
Wholesale Shipping
Free Shipping on Orders Over $300!
We do not offer drop-shipping in our wholesale program. If you would like us to ship directly to your customer, consider applying for an Affiliate account or purchasing through our distributor Fullscript.
Free shipping does not apply to manufacturer customers or customers outside the contiguous US. We can ship to US territories for a flat-rate fee. Please call our Customer Care Team for support.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Internationally. Health professionals may qualify for a wholesale account with Emerson Ecologics, a health supplement distributor that ships many Banyan Botanicals products internationally. Please inquire directly with Emerson Ecologics.
Shipping and handling charges are based on current UPS Ground and FedEx rates depending on the weight and destination of the order. Upon request, we can also ship via FedEx Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day Select. Some orders may be shipped by U.S. Priority Flat Rate Mail.
Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time are shipped the same-day service. Same-day service is not available on weekends or holidays.
Returns and Refunds
We want you and your clients to be healthy and happy! Banyan Botanicals Wholesale accounts are able to return products within 30 days of delivery.
If you need to make a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email, chat, or over the phone at 800-953-6424, and we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
What products are returnable?
- Products with quality control issues
- Damaged or missing items*
- Unopened and unused products in the original packaging*
*Please note, for damaged or missing items, we are able to process refunds up to 14 days from the date of the invoice due. For unopened and unused products, we are able to process returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.
What items are non-returnable and non-refundable?
- Opened products
- Overstock items
- An item that is past 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products with less than a year of shelf-life remaining
How soon will I get my refund?
To ensure a prompt refund, returns must have an RMA given by our Customer Care team, as well as the order number.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 2–10 business days.
Taxes
As a Wholesale account holder, you agree that Banyan Botanicals is not obligated to determine whether taxes apply, and Banyan Botanicals is not responsible to collect, report, or remit any taxes arising from any transaction. However, if a taxing authority requires us to pay any of your taxes, you will promptly reimburse us for the amounts paid.
Wholesale purchases from Banyan Botanicals are subject to sales tax on all orders unless we have a valid reseller certificate on file. Please note, orders placed before we confirm the validity of your certificate may be subject to sales tax.
Internet Reseller Policy
Professional accounts are intended for health centers and health practitioners who use products in their practice and/or for resale to their clients. Resale of Banyan products on the internet is prohibited without written consent from Banyan Botanicals.
Private and White Labeling
We do not offer private labeling and we do not permit retailers and professionals to white label or rebrand our products.
Images and Copyright Status
Product photos are okay to use.
- Content photos (photos with text) are not okay. None of our text can be used on another website.
- Product detail photos have been optimized for the web and are the highest quality we have available.
Content on our website that is available in downloadable PDF form can be shared. These materials can be found under Pricing & Support Materials on our website.
