Support for Those Who Loved Women's Cycle Ease

We loved our product, Women’s Cycle Ease, and we know that many of you did too. For those of you who used it and loved it, we don’t want to leave you hanging, so here is some information that may help you continue to find cycle support from Ayurveda’s beautiful herbs.

Women with menstrual cycles that are characteristic of kapha imbalances may typically experience any of the following:

  • Dull pain
  • An occasionally heavier and longer flow due to tissue accumulation and kapha in the reproductive tissues
  • Increased mucus in the flow, which may have a slight yellow tinge
  • Emotions of depression
  • Emotional eating
  • Swelling and water retention in the breasts, legs and hands, or in the face
  • Increased sluggishness and sleepiness

These symptoms come from the dense and heavy qualities that promote tissue accumulation and immobility, causing stagnation and water retention, resulting in an occasionally heavier flow.

A combination of Healthy Kapha and Kanchanar Guggulu will give you a mixture of herbs that lighten the heaviness, move fluids and tissue where there is stagnation, and kindle a weakened digestive fire, which is at the root of the imbalance. Begin with one tablet of each twice a day.

Alternatively, if you have access to an herbalist who can compound herbs, consider this combination of powdered herbs. This formula supports an occasionally heavier flow, balances excess tissue and water accumulation, supports cleansing of the women’s reproductive system, and is an overall warming combination of herbs that helps balance kapha and a sluggish metabolism.
